Zam Zam Foundation launches Mini-MBA Course for School Principals

The launch of the Mini-MBA Programme for Education Administrators, School Principals and Deputy/Assistant Principals conducted by ZamZam Foundation was ceremonially launched in Colombo on the 23rd of October 2021.

This is a one year course of practical studies in Sinhala and Tamil mediums, designed with expert input. Its offered free of charge for officers selected through a competitive process together with Central Province Education Department, as a pilot project, with the aim of developing future ready leaders in Education sector.

Hon. Minister of Justice Ali Sabri PC, Member of Parliament Prof. Ranjith Bandara, Director of Central Provincial Education Department Mr. Amarasiri Piyadasa, Additional Directors Mr. M. Zarudeen and Mrs Champika Mayadunne, religious leaders including Ven. Dr. Galkande Dhammananda Thero and Rev. Bishop Asiri Perera, Academics, Community & Civil Society Leaders and well-wishers graced the occasion. Chairman of Zam Zam Foundation Mufthi Yoosuff Haniffa and Senior Lecturer of Sabaragamuwa University Prof. M S M Aslam also addressed the gathering.

Zam Zam Foundation hopes this project will contribute towards qualitative development of Education Administrators in Sri Lanka in the long run.
