Zam Zam Foundation Launches “School with a Smile 2023”

Zam Zam Foundation’s annual “School with a Smile” programme for 2023 was officially launched today at the Bandaranaike International Memorial Conference Hall (BMICH) in Colombo.

The programme has so far supported 87,000 students from needy families across Sri Lanka to continue their education without any hindrance due to poverty or other similar factors.

The inauguration was graced by Hon. Dinesh Gunawardana, Prime Minister of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as the chief guest of the event. Hon. Ali Sabri, Minster of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Kader Masthan, State Minister of Rural Economy, Hon. Prof. Ranjith Bandara M.P, Hon. Dallas Alahapperuma, M.P, Diplomats, Officials, Community Leaders, Multi Religious Leaders, Well-wishers and School students also participated.

The Hon. Prime Minister commended the work of the organization stating that the services carried out are exemplary and thanked on behalf of the Government.
